This was our 2nd appointment (2 different vehicles, different services) at the dealership. Jesus was quickness get us an estimate (even while being very busy!), and Shellie was amazingly prompt at getting us scheduled. Got Two new batteries. Everything was great..
Had to have it towed in because of a dead battery. Their diagnostic’s on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee I just bought revealed two dead batteries which they replaced. Covered under the warranty of course.

Thomas was very helpful and thw technician who drove in so I can show the issue also polite car was there for 1 day got it back the next day after crankshaft line being fixed, does have a little rattle but I'm thinking since the exhaust came out and heat shields they gotta go back in place giving it a day or so see if it goes away the initial issue is gone

Great salesman (JoJo) and dealer manager provided answers to our questions. Only complaint- after we agreed on price of vehicle get the total due amount and there were costs for things added that we had no idea were to be included and we wouldn't have chosen to add to vehicle- Red Alert costs $299/ Avas cost $166/ Vehicle theft $130. Next we were charged $500 to have vehicle certified inspected. We did expect to pay sales tax and vehicle registration. So if you don't want a surprise on additional fees, get these details before buying. We didn't want these additional services- Red Alert, Avas, Vehicle Theft or certified checkup- but they were added without us being able to choose whether to add the services. Would of saved around $2000 buying directly from Enterprise used car sales even though the Enterprise identical vehicle had 3000 more miles on it. So, bottom line- stick to out the door price you're willing to pay and don't get convinced the other services are required from that dealership. Know your options and stick to your price point.

They worked very quickly. It took about a week and a half for them to order and replace my transmission. They were able to get me a rental car as quickly as possible.
I traveled to the area from. 700 miles away. I had a DEF sensor check engine light come on. I arrived unannounced on a Thursday right when the dealership opened. I was so fortunate that Wendy Schonder greeted me before I could even step out of my truck. I was treated like I was her life long customer. She was Informative, helpful, positive, professional, and compassionate. The communication I received while my truck was being repaired was amazing. Not only did Wendy call me to update me, Chapman uses a text and email communication that was flawless. It is nice to receive updates so you are not wondering when and if they are making any progress. Wendy went above and beyond to ask me if I needed a shuttle, looked for a loaner vehicle, and even offered a rental car option. Truly impressed by the overall service and work performed at Chapman. Wendy just made the experience that much better.

I was expecting to leave my truck overnight. Service had to replace a cracked manifold. Surprised, it was completed by afternoon.

Wendy was my service provider and was amazing at helping me the multiple times I had to bring my vehicle in for the same issue. She made sure I felt taken care of and even after it was fixed she called me multiple times to ensure all was well! Thank you, Wendy! On the company side, I had to purchase a battery from a store during a weekend and Chapman wouldn't refund me which was disappointing since servicing at the dealership was unavailable.

I didn't have a service advisor when I showed up for my morning appointment and Henry helped me out right away! I waited in the lobby for my vehicle to be finished and he came out to get me once it was done. He explained what was done as well as the recommendations based on the mileage. My service at Chapman was excellent. The interior floor was covered with a paper mat, the seat was covered with a plastic protective cover and even the steering wheel was plastic wrapped for protection before the vehicle even entered the shop. All very impressive and the service department was great.

I called over an engine light issue and was taken in off the street as soon as was possible and the problem was identified and the necessary parts to remedy the issue have been ordered. I was happy that I didn't have to make an appointment to have the problem looked after.

Truck came in for Low Coolant lite, after system flushed. They took it back and removed the trapped air. Checks good.
I was scheduled for 7 o'clock on Mondayz, 1-8-24 and learned the service advisor I schedule was off due to illness. I ran into Tomas in the bay who was busy checking in another vehicle and was able to check me in thereafter to proceed with my service and recall. By 1200ish, my vehicle was ready for p/u.
Oil change and 3 recalls were done when promised with no issues
I made an appointment on 01/06/24 and changed the hour on Monday due to time zone difference. When I arrived for the service on 01/13, I was not in the system. A service representative was very helpful and arrange for my service and found someone to work on my jeep. I returned on the 15th to have the headlights flashed. The headlights had to be realigned because they were not alighted properly the first time. They were adjusted again, but will have to go back for the headlights to be readjusted a third time because the low beam is very low and fans out to the sides.
